Fair caveat: a couple of small studies linked heavy cracking to hand swelling or slightly weaker grip — but not arthritis. So 'totally harmless' slightly overstates it, yet the arthritis claim specifically is false.

While representation is important, it seems unfair to force individuals to vote against their will. We might end up with uninformed voters casting ballots.
While I see the argument for free will, I feel that many of our choices are heavily conditioned by external influences, making true autonomy questionable.
But what about the influence of our environment and genetics? Those factors seem to heavily shape our decisions.
